BOOTCAMP FITNESS

Our Bootcamps are welcome to all who wish to improve their well-being! 

We work on whole body fitness, with every session being different from the next, combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT),

Group Exercise To Music, and Calisthenics workout teachings. 
Fitness capability and limitations are always adhered to, and all exercises are conducted by team members with experience training clients

with any differing ranges of ability, or health restrictions.
