> We support local schools, to raise awareness of the importance physical activity inclusion, to combat childhood obesity and poor health, whilst also improving teamwork importance, social inclusion, self confidence, leadership and fair play in all sports.

 

> We also target adult health and fitness awareness, with pop up bootcamps in local recreational parks open to all levels of fitness activists within the general public, alongside womens and mens only classes to help create strong bonds within the communities we train.
